IMMEDIATE HIRE CLIENT ACTIVELY INTERVIEWING growing engineering services company in Isabela Puerto Rico is seeking 2) Gas Turbine Propulsion Systems Analysis Specialists. Besides aircraft engines will also consider experience in Electrical Power Generation, APU's, Industrial turbines used for Steam, Cogeneration, Turboshaft Engines and Microturbines. These are Direct Hire positions with excellent relocation packages available for qualified candidates. The numbers shown in Responsibilities and Requirements go with the particular Specialty number listed above

Responsibilities

  • All Discipline Chiefs provide solutions for high complexity tasks as well as technical leadership and guidance to engineering specialists. The candidate will be responsible for the quality of technical work and the practitioners’ capability development in their respective specialty
  • Propulsion System Analysis practitioners plan, coordinate, execute, and report on-site engine testing; review test procedures and instrumentation requirements; perform system data analysis and generate performance data using steady and transient engine models; perform trending and analysis of engine data

Requirements

  • Positions require a BS/ in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. MS or PhD preferred with 10+ years of experience in their specialty
  • At least 10 years of experience in Performance System Analysis of aircraft engines. Will consider turbine experience in Electrical Power Generation, APU's, Industrial turbines used for Steam, Cogeneration, Turboshaft Engines and Microturbines
  • Strong skills in engine simulation using NPSS or similar engine performance analysis software.

 

Process Safety Chemical Engineer

Currently seeking one individual for the position of Process Safety Management (PSM) Services Senior Process Engineer. Job responsibilities will include facilitating PHAs, performing PSM Compliance Audits, assisting clients in developing portions of their PSM programs, and providing other PSM-related services. A working knowledge of different PSM methodologies and software is important. Clients are primarily in the petroleum refining and commercial chemical production markets. Minimum requirements include a B.S. in chemical engineering and 10+ years of experience with a heavy emphasis on process safety. Ideal candidates would be comfortable switching between process safety assignments and process engineering design assignments. An outgoing, self-motivated personality is a requirement. Employment will be based out of the Oak Ridge, TN office but the job will require significant travel, primarily within the U.S. Pay rate will be based on qualifications and experience.
